14 year old wants to start company

Hi I'm Craig from the UK. I'm 14 and have a decent idea for a company to give people around the world the chance to have their own personal device, what I want to do is make a simple, barely profitable PDA type device that does basic things like texting, light gaming and just overall handyness. I know my idea isn't the best but I would really love to get some startup money for this company idea, thank you.:)
