14 in need of help

hello my name is bobby and im dislecsick i find it hard to read and spell and i want to start programing and times are realy hard my parents are in trouble of loosing the house,i cant program because my computer is out dated and my dog izzy has a leg that is paralized .she was hit buy a car and the nerves are dead and when she came home she devleped a cut witch can cause gangaren so it must be amputated and the price is too high for it to be cut off i also have a job to earn some money but all i do is lecien to the radio and am on my own for 9 hours 3 days a week .and school is very dificult for me cause i get bullied buy the teachers "if you every where to go to college you would fail" and the work is very hard on my eyes and im falling behind in math and i want to do onors math for my leaving cause eather way i am doing resource for my junior cert and grines (education outside school) is to much for my mam and dad i cant the 2000 i want to rais for my self will "help" afford my dogs amputation,allow me to get my computer so i can studdie and proggram on it (my computer now is to slow and outdated to do any thing)and help my mom and dad with the house
