Hi all , on the 18th of may 2014 i am running the bognor 10k , I am hopeing to raise some money for a great local cause " Help Gavin" , Gavin is in desperate need of medical treatment which cost around £75000 so far everyone has done a great job and raised a massive amount of cash, but they still need more , for more infomation please visit www.helpgavin.co.uk , please give all you can to help someone in need .
