100000 jobs for unemployed people

In my village most of the people were un-employed very poor. Most of them not completed high school because of lack of money.

I wanted to help them, but I am also from a poor family. Finally I decided to start a company so that I can give jobs for them in my company and they will get good
education and food. Some of them were very talented they can draw pictures.. . Starting a company is never easy for me. I tried to get bank loan , borrow from others but it dosn't work.

Finance is always a big problem for me . I stopped their and my ambition remains in mind forever . After three years of hard work I somehow managed some fund to start my company. And I started it on june 2013.
And appointed some selected poor candidates from my village in my company. They were hardworking well..

But more villagers and outsiders asking jobs for them in my company. But I have a small room which accomodate only 10 candidates maximum.
So I decided to get a new room for rent which is bigger and fit for upto 100 people.

But the problem is, to get a new room in our place and furnish them will cost atleast 50000$.

So I requesting whole my friends and family to please help me to raise this fund. Your valuable donation will feed atleast one poor family in my village.

My abmition is to give job for 100000 poor people within 10 years. Which will feed atleast 100000 family.
