100-year-old house renovation

Hello!

I've decided to make my mother's dream come true and renovate our old house which has belonged to our family for almost 100 years. That is the place where my great grandmother lived and my lovely grandma was raised. We've been trying to save this beautiful and full of history building, but unfortunately we don't have enough founds to do that. The roof and the floor need to be fixed, bacause it's leaking and might collapse sooner or later. Unluckly my dear grandma passed last year, so she'll never see a "new" renovated house, but I reallu wish I could make my mom happy, and do this to the place that reminds her of her youth.
