Campaign Story
Helping ranger saving species
Patrolling vast wilderness areas (1 mil hectares) on foot for the rangers is not an easy endeavor. Illegal hunting (poaching) in our National Parks is a enormous problem. The number of elephants being poached is increasing, not to mention other endangered species! Our current project ( at Africa Remote Solutions NPC ) is to supply the park with heavy duty bicycles. The rangers can cover larger areas per day, finding tracks and signs, removing snares (traps) of illegal hunters in those areas. Bicycles are silent, low maintenance and much larger areas can be patrolled than on foot. Becoming part of this project you are contributing to saving our endangered wild life.(this is the first of many projects concerning the parks) Our first target is supplying 100 of these bicycles by end of April 2019. Any size donation is much appreciated, however, if you sponsor a bicycle your name and flag of your country will be placed on the bicycle.( approximate costs delivered per item R2500 ($200) Your support can help us achieving this goal!
