1 st installment of my tuition fee

Hi, I am a student from Hong Kong, and I will start my degree program in September. Although I can apply the grant loan from government, but they need my student card to apply, proof I am the real student, and I only will get my student card when the start of the first semester (September). Unfortunately, the school need me pay the 1 st installment of tuition fee in August, and I have not enough money to pay for it. Therefore, I think there is my final hope, thanks
