自2014年起，無論大大小小的抗爭，舉著英國旗的王婆婆（王鳳瑤）總會走在前線。八月十一日，她在太古站被警察制服，受傷送上救護車，自此失蹤。

王婆婆住在深圳，每次示威都要冒險過關。她消失後引起關注，有傳她在內地被囚禁。我們曾致電全港所有醫院，走訪她可能會出現的地方，亦聯絡過她個人電郵，可惜仍是杳無音訊，而警方只表示她身在內地，目前「安全」。

我們在抗爭路上認識王婆婆，知道她未婚，無子女，也沒有相熟的親友。無親無故，只有靠大家盡力尋找她。為繼續搜索王婆婆的行動，我們需負擔約一萬元的費用。我們最主要的目的是確保她真正安全，以及有足夠資金應付經濟或法律成本。

無論王婆婆在哪裡，我們也希望她知道，她並不孤單，香港人沒有丟下她，齊上齊落，一個都不能少。

Alexandra Wong ('Grandma Wong') has been missing since 11th August. She has been devoted to the Hong Kong democracy movement for many years and was at every significant protest between June and August, often commuting for over four hours to attend events. She has drawn huge amounts of press coverage to the protests through her waving of the Union Jack flag at the front line, and was the only protestor who entered the legislative building on July 1st without a mask.

On 11th August she was hurt in a clash with police at Tai Koo MTR and was taken away by ambulance. After that, she disappeared.

Rumours have spread that she was detained in mainland China, but we’ve not received any solid information. Each possible sighting turned out to be false, and she has not replied to any emails. Hong Kong Police have suggested she is "safe", but they will not provide any further information except to family. This is not particularly reassuring. Alexandra is unmarried and with no children, and friends believe she does not have any other family that she is close to.

To continue investigating Alexandra's whereabouts, we need to cover certain search fees. Our primary concern is to ensure that Alexandra is indeed safe, and that she has financial and legal support if necessary. Wherever she is, we want to make sure she knows that she is not alone. In a Reuters interview in July, she said, “I have no kids. That’s why I am not scared at all...I just care about the future of Hong Kong youth.”
