Campaign Story
饿鬼 (Hungry Ghost) is a Horror Comedy.
Our film touches on abuse, specifically towards Domestic Helpers. Our film features a greedy teen and her abusive mother. It takes place during the Seventh Month where there is a Chinese superstition which believe that the gates of hell will open, permitting all ghost to receive food and drinks.
Story synopsis:
A greedy teen and her abusive mother caused the death of their Indonesia domestic helper, Kak Siti. Now Siti is back for revenge.
Who are we?
We are a group of passionate film students that loves to create and inspire others though visual story telling. We hope that every individual will be able to take away something after watching "饿鬼 (Hungry Ghost)".
