การระดมทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรทำนาข้าว(หลังจากเกิดอุทกภัยนำ้ท่วมสิงหาคม2019)

Hello everyone,my name is Wilaiwan Kamollakorn.I live in the house number 68,Village No.1,Lao Klang Subdistrict,Khong Chai District,Kalasin Province in Thailand.

I want to create a fund to help severe water flooding victims in my village and our families too.After the storm and heavy rain in Thailand in August 2019 here in Kalasin Thailand our houses and rice fields were severely flooded and caused the farmers and villagers families to face huge agricultural losses our rice fields have died and are rotting and are not producing causing farmers and our villagers and families to have a difficult life and time because of the floods.

The Thai government announced to help us from the flooding in the amount of 1,113 baht (about $55) per rai (1/2 acre) and is scheduled to not exceed 30 rai per farm.We have waited for 3 months but have not received the money.After the storm happened we have nothing left in our farms and villages.The cost of our rice crop investment and production was lost to the flood and we have to buy rice and food for living.We also have to find money to prepare for the next rice crop.Causing us to have to borrow money from banks and lenders.For loans from banks interest is 7.5 percent per year and land title deeds are required as collateral.However for farmers who do not have land title deeds they have to borrow money from lenders at 3-10 percent per month ((Farmers whose arable land on empty land without title deeds do not receive any help from the government). Causing debt problems for farmers in my village.

The cost of producing rice is approximately 5,450 baht per rai or ($250),which is a 6 month rice plant in November.At this time our rice fields are dead and rotting and now we have to make money to re-invest in making napang rice.Napang is a rice plant 4 months old for harvesting.

Napang rice harvesting season is in April 2020.The cost of producing Napang rice fields is around 4,650 baht per rai.Therefore I would like to raise funds to help fund the our farmers and villagers in my village including my family aswell.In order to enable the farmers to pay off their debt and cost for future farming and present day living.We are farmers without any other income.We only have income from selling rice for living.
