Καμπάνια συγκέντρωσης χρημάτων για τα δικαστικά έξοδα της Β.

Η Βιρχίνια, μητέρα δύο ανήλικων παιδιών, είναι επιζώσα έμφυλης βίας. Όπως καταθέτει η ίδια, ο σύζυγός της εδώ και 15 χρόνια την κρατούσε αιχμάλωτη σε ένα καθεστώς συνεχούς παρακολούθησης και τρομοκρατίας, ασκώντας σε βάρος της βία διαφόρων μορφών, σωματική, ψυχολογική, οικονομική, εμποδίζοντας την πρόσβαση στους λογαριασμούς κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, στερώντας της κάθε δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας με τους δικούς της ανθρώπους. Της είχε αφαιρέσει τον έλεγχο της ζωής της, την είχε απομονώσει από τον κοινωνικό της περίγυρο ενώ ακόμα και όταν εργαζόταν, την παρακολουθούσε μέσα από κάμερες. Την τρομοκρατούσε για να μην φύγει, με απειλές για τη ζωή της και για την επιμέλεια των παιδιών της.

Στις 24/1, η Βιρχίνια ήταν επιβάτρια του δρομολογίου Αθήνα - Θεσσαλονίκη και εγκλωβίστηκε στο τρένο λόγω της χιονόπτωσης. Ο σύζυγός της αρνήθηκε να της δώσει τα εισιτήρια, εμποδίζοντάς την να διεκδικήσει την αποζημίωση των 1.000 ευρώ από την ΤΡΑΙΝΟΣΕ, προκειμένου να μην έχει δικά της χρήματα. Άλλωστε για όσα χρόνια εκείνη εργαζόταν στην επιχείρησή του, δεν είχε πληρωθεί ούτε ένα ευρώ.

Η Βιρχίνια στις 24/2 κατάφερε να δραπετεύσει και να πάει στην Αθήνα. Στις 4/03 κατέθεσε στο Α.Τ Αγίας Παρασκευής μήνυση για ενδοοικογενειακή βία. Ο σύζυγός της την κατήγγειλε σε αστυνομικό τμήμα της Λάρισας και ο εισαγγελέας Λάρισας της άσκησε λανθασμένα ποινική δίωξη για αρπαγή ανηλίκου. Λίγες ημέρες αργότερα, έξω από την πρεσβεία της Βενεζουέλας εμφανίστηκε ο εν διαστάσει σύζυγος με άλλους τρεις άντρες. Η Βιρχίνια οδηγήθηκε στο Α.Τ. Χαλανδρίου, όπου υποχρεώθηκε για τέσσερις ώρες να παραμείνει στον ίδιο χώρο με τον κακοποιητή της, ο οποίος προσπαθούσε να την αγκαλιάσει με σκοπό να τη μεταπείσει, ενώ ένας αστυνομικός παρίστανε τον σύμβουλο γάμου, προτρέποντάς τους “να τα ξαναβρούνε”, γιατί “είναι κρίμα να χωρίσει ένα τόσο νέο και ωραίο ζευγάρι”. Μετά από παρέμβαση του εισαγγελέα Αθηνών, η ποινική δίωξη για αρπαγή του εισαγγελέα Λάρισας, μετατράπηκε ορθά σε ποινική δίωξη για αυτοδικία και η Βιρχινία αφέθηκε ελεύθερη.

Στις 14 Μαρτίου, ο εν διαστάσει σύζυγος κατέθεσε ασφαλιστικά μέτρα στη Λάρισα με αίτημα την αποκλειστική επιμέλεια των παιδιών. Στις 16 Μαρτίου συζητήθηκε η προσωρινή διαταγή και η Πρόεδρος Πρωτοδικών Λάρισας απέρριψε το αίτημα του συζύγου.

Την Τετάρτη 23 Μαρτίου με απόφαση του δικαστηρίου η Βιρχίνια κέρδισε την 1η της νίκη σε μια μάχη που επρόκειτο - που πρόκειται να κρατήσει καιρό: πήρε την προσωρινή επιμέλεια των παιδιών της! Ο αγώνας της όμως συνεχίζεται και η οικονομική της κατάσταση δεν της επιτρέπει να καλύψει μόνη της το κόστος των δικαστικών εξόδων της αλλά και των λοιπών τρεχόντων εξόδων, για την ίδια και τα παιδιά της.

Την Πέμπτη 5/5 επιδικάζεται στο Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθήνας, η προσωρινή διαταγή, νέας αίτησης ασφαλιστικών μέτρων που κατέθεσε ο εν διαστάσει σύζυγος και την Τρίτη, 10/05 στην Αθήνα, διεξάγεται η κύρια συζήτηση της αίτησης ασφαλιστικών που κατέθεσε η Βιρχίνια.

Η Βιρχίνια χρειάζεται τη συμπαράσταση του κινήματος που βρέθηκε στους δρόμους ενάντια στον νόμο για την υποχρεωτική συνεπιμέλεια, του κινήματος που τα τελευταία χρόνια αγωνίζεται ενάντια στις γυναικοκτονίες και που έχει στηρίξει δεκάδες ακόμη επιζώσες έμφυλης βίας.

Η Βιρχίνια δεν είναι μόνη.

On 24/1, Virginia was a passenger of the Athens - Thessaloniki route and was trapped on the train due to the snowfall. Her husband refused to give her the tickets, preventing her from claiming the compensation of 1,000 euros from TRAINOSE, in order not to have her own money. Virginia on 24/2 managed to escape and go to Athens. On 4/03 she filed a lawsuit for domestic violence at the Police Station in Agia Paraskevi. Virginia was taken to the Police Station of Halandriou, where she was forced to stay in the same place for four hours with her abuser, who was trying to hug her in order to persuade her, while a police officer pretended to be the marriage counselor, urging them to "be together again", because it is such a pity to separate such a young and beautiful couple.

Following the intervention of the Athens prosecutor, the criminal prosecution for abduction of the Larissa prosecutor was correctly converted into a criminal prosecution for self-judgment and Virginia was released.

On March 14, the estranged husband filed precautionary measures in Larissa requesting the exclusive custody of the children. On March 16, the interim injunction was discussed and the President of the Larissa Court of First Instance rejected her husband's request.

Por lo demás, todos los años que ella trabajaba en sus negocios, no le había pagado ni un solo euro.

El 24/2 Virginia logró escapar e ir a Atenas. El 4/03 presentó una demanda por violencia doméstica en la comisaría de policía de Agia Paraskevi. Su esposo la denunció en la comisaría de policía de Larisa y el fiscal de Larisa inició injustamente, un procedimiento penal contra ella por secuestro de menores de edad. Unos días después, el esposo separado, apareció con otros tres hombres frente a la Embajada de Venezuela. Virginia fue llevada a la comisaría policial de Halandri, donde la obligaron a permanecer en el mismo lugar durante cuatro horas con su abusador, quien intentaba abrazarla para persuadirla, mientras un policía pretendió el consejero matrimonial, instándolos a "reunificación", porque “es una pena separar a una pareja tan joven y hermosa”. Tras la intervención del fiscal de Atenas, el proceso penal por secuestro del fiscal de Larissa, se convirtió correctamente en un proceso penal por justicia en propia mano y Virginia fue puesta en libertad.

El 14 de marzo, el esposo separado presentó medidas cautelares en Larisa solicitando la custodia exclusiva de los niños. El 16 de marzo, se discutió la medida cautelar y el presidente del Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Larisa rechazó la solicitud del esposo.

El miércoles 23 de marzo, con una decisión judicial, Virginia obtuvo su primera victoria en una batalla que iba a durar mucho tiempo: ¡Obtuvo la custodia temporal de sus hijas! Sin embargo, su lucha continúa y su situación económica no le permite cubrir los costos de sus gastos judiciales y otros gastos corrientes, para ella y sus hijas.

Virginia necesita el apoyo del movimiento que salió a la calle contra la ley de custodia compartida obligatoria, el movimiento que en los últimos años lucha contra los femicidios y ha apoyado a decenas de sobrevivientes de la violencia de género.
