I have this business in Athens and I had a huge underground water leak. I coudln't see it. So the water company cut me off completely and they didn't accept the plumper's paper that proves the leakage. I don't know why. I'm 52 on a country in deep financial crisis and this business is the only income for me and my daughters. Any help would me most apreciated. Even 1 euro. Thank you all.
