Help for baby Atena

Dear Community,

Two of our friends, Marco and Julia are going through one of the most dramatic situation for future parents...Yesterday afternoon they had to run to the hospital urgently because Julia started to feel a strong pain.

After a few complications this morning at 5 am their little girl Atena decided to be part of this world, but the pregnancy was only at the 27th weeks (3 months before) so she was born very premature. This means without being able to breathe naturally.

Their insurance unfortunately does not cover special care for those types of situations.

The baby needs to be attached to automatic ventilation through intubation and many other specific medications to make the lungs stronger. She is very little 1kg and 100 grams but seems she is a big fighter too. To keep her alive unfortunately the hospital charged them 17 million rupees (1000 euro) per day.

They are currently at Bali Royal Hospital, watching over their little girl. So we are trying to build a fundraiser for them as every day counts
