Registering as a Government contractor

Hello friends,

My father was a Government contractor (Honest and sincere) and I worked with him till Jan 31, 2014. Suddenly he expired on 1st Feb 2014 due to cardiac arrest. It created lot of financial tension as all the works we did together were on hold and I am not able to receive any bills till I receive the death certificate of my father and nominee certificate from the Govt authorities. Also, we took lot of loans for doing these works. They are also multiplying with interests. I have initiated the process of death certificate and received it. The nominee certificate takes atleast 15-20 days further. I am completely exhausted of any money. I have tried to get a business loan through different banks and financial institutions but all denied as I already took loan for completion of works. It is a sudden and unexpected situation and I am struggling a lot to cope up with this along with my father's loss. I am in the process of registering a fresh license from Govt in my name to start the works. Because I'm a start up and I am alone now, I need all your help to cover expenses such as registration fee, security deposit etc. along with a need to complete the works left by my father half way.  I am a very responsible and honest person and I am badly in need of help at this moment.  So I'm asking my friends to help me fund my start up and manage this crisis situation.  NOT asking for a high amount of money, $10 will do this. Please help me keep going and be sucessful and if you can't its fine.  Thank you for taking your time to read this.
