I am the Founder of Generation Success and dedicated to seeing this organisation grow and help more people achieve their career and entrepreneurial aspirations. The foundations for Generation Success were laid in 2011after the London Riots. We were sick and tired of people saying that we were a “lost Generation” and felt that rather than be part of the noise we would be part of the solution. Consequently, I managed to get my friends together and we started a society with the aim of tackling the issues we felt were important to us: social mobility, food poverty, volunteering opportunities and charitable activities. Today Generation Success provides a range of trail-blazing initiatives that are enabling thousands of people to “break the barriers” into professional & entrepreneurial success, whilst delivering value to their employment, academic and local communities. I graduated from BPP University with a 2:1 LLB law degree in May 2014. Before joining BPP I spent 4 years as a Business Development Executive where I led the company’s innovation into cashless parking and expansion into Northern Ireland. I developed a reputation for being a strategic thinker, successful business developer and innovative leader, able to negotiate and manage service agreements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to develop viable solutions. In my spare time I enjoy reading personal development books, going to the gym, spending time with friends, playing football and exploring what life has to offer. I truly believe that “We are limited by the boundaries of our minds, hence I am always trying to expand my boundaries”.
