Campaign Story
I am one of the coaches of Thame Boys U7s, a great bunch of lads and I love taking training and going to matches every week. We have had a fantastic start to our first ever league season, losing only 2 of our first 16 mini games. We've got some brilliant footballers and I know that we are going to be very successful over the next 10 years.
I will be running the Milton Keynes Marathon in early May to raise some money for the team. I have never run a marathon before so I'm not really sure what I'm letting myself in for!
I would like to raise a few hundred pounds so that we can buy extra training equipment for the team, any extra kit that we would like and if I raise enough perhaps put it towards a tour in the future. I want to give the lads the best possible youth football experience possible and I think that a few extra funds will make the world of difference.
Thank you very much for any donation that you can give. I am not expecting much at all but if just a handful of people give a few pounds each then it will quickly add up to something that will make a massive difference for the boys.
