Steven Ketchens Legal Fund

This site is designed to help the family of Steven Ketchens to raise money, to obtain a "New Legal Defense Team,” in order to re-open and re-evaluate his case.  There are so many others out there who haven’t received a fair trial where the legal system has failed them.  Our family is seeking no more than “Fair Justice.  Any support and/or any amount donated will be welcomed and appreciated! Blessings to all!

The Ketchens Family

Brief Summary:

This case was a “Whobbler” and my prior conviction was over 18 years ago.  Even the Probation Department recommended probation…no jail time.  My Defense Attorney was ineffective and never once, in my opinion, tried to properly defend me.  The judge and the prosecutor suggested jail time.  My family hired another Attorney to file an Appeal, but it was denied. “Please help me in being vindicated…..I was given a two life sentence plus 40 year for a domestic offense, caught up in the “3 strike system.”  “There are murderers that haven’t been given that type of harsh sentence.”
