WEDDING INFORMATION:

Our wedding is on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 4pm.  It is at the Sheraton Hotel at Society Hill located at 1 Dock Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.  There are a total of 95 guests.

The cost per guest is $125: This price includes appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks.

WHERE THE HELP WE NEED COMES IN:

Carlos and I have already paid $7,000 for 48 guests as well as to reserve the wedding hall.

We still haven't paid for the remaining 47 guests.  The total cost for the remaining guest is $5,875.

Chair cover rentals at $5 each x 95 guests = $475

12 Centerpieces x $95 = $1140

Photographer = $595

Videographer = $400

Total costs = $8,485

WHAT HAVING THIS WEDDING WILL MEAN TO US
