Masters Degree Studies

I have been accepted to do my Msc Forensic Psychology at Coventry University, UK for the academic year 2015/16. Unfortunately I do not have the funds to cover for tuition fee, living expenses etc..., and I applied for a scholarship/student loan from my government and they declined my request, reason being "my course is too expensive and they do not have the budget to cover my studies. I really want to become a Forensic Psychologist and mainly work with juveniles as our justice system is failing to rehabilitate and make honest people out of our troubled youths. My parents are pensioners and have no funds to help pay for my studies, and my siblings are willing to assist but the little money they are willing to contribute will still not be enough.
