My name is Alex and I am Jay's girlfriend and mother of his son Leo.
As you are all aware, sadly Jay passed away on Sunday morning. This the most heart breaking experience of my life and both Jacque and I are so grateful to all his friends and family for their support at this awful time in our lives.
It has been suggested to set up a page to raise some money to go towards funeral costs etc and I spoke with Jay's mum who fully supports this idea too!
So here it is, even if you can only donate £1 we would be so touched!
Jay is so loved by so many people and we want to show him this by giving him the send off that he truly deserves!
