Charity Yoga Sky Dive

Please help me raise funds for the Yoga Therapy Foundation, this is a fund run by the amazing Ann-Marie Mainprize and Ella Grey.  It was established to run classes & 1-2-1 sessions for those who cannot afford yoga/yoga therapy, and to provide equipment to do this too.  I know the benefits of yoga, without it I would not be who I am today.  It has got me through some tough times, and I am now fortunate to share this with others in my teaching.  The fund allows me to run a Yoga for ME/CFS class and also runs classes for women with post-natal depression, yoga for mental health issues and yoga therapy for those with disabilites.  We want to be able to continue and expand this vital work.

To do this we have decided to jump out of a plane at 15k.  I don't like heights, am not too keen on flying so this is going to be a challenge, I will be using all my yoga breathing, my Feel the Fear techniques and Laughter Yoga to get me onto the plane, never mind to jump out of it!
