Blogger Fundraising Campaign for Typhoon Survivors

Philippines was recently struck by Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan), one of the strongest tropical cyclones ever recorded, leaving the survivors empty-handed. The “apocalyptic” aftermath shows a horrifying scene of scattered debris from broken to completely destroyed houses and dead people.

Being one of the fortunate ones that were spared from this devastating incident, a few of my fellow Filipino bloggers decided to hold a fundraising campaign thru this platform along with a Blogger Fundraising Giveaway Event. For non-bloggers, we are hoping you could share a dollar or two for the survivors in despair. Most of them have no shelter and limited to no food and water which currently yield bad effects to everyone's health.

By the end of the campaign (12/04/13), funds collected will be bank deposited to any of these three legitimate organizations:

• Sagip Kapamilya
• Kapuso Foundation
• Philippne Red Cross

Breakdown of the funds collected as well as deposit proofs will be posted on www.lifescheapthrills.com. Everything will be transparent.

No amount is little. Every bit helps.
