Pressure Makes A Diamond

Hello, my name is Erica and I am the CEO of Diamonds in the Rough Lifestyle, Inc. I am in the process of trying to make my non profit organization tax exempt in order to recieve grants and funding that will produce the programs needed for the community. All of the programs that I plan to introduce to the community are all about self improvement as well as improvement for the community as a whole. I do need a little help starting the transition into a organization fit for the public use. Please help to make my dream a reality as my dream is providing assistance to people so they have the oppurtunity to make dreams.
