Nothing brings people together better than sharing music. Music connects us at critical life moments. We graduate to music, we marry to music, and we mourn to music. And, it is a part of our daily lives. Support it.

Who We Are

We are an all-volunteer group passionate about music and have all been deeply involved in presenting music over the years in Jersey City and Manhattan. In 2016, we decided to pool our efforts and create a 501-c3 non-profit organization manned by professionals donating their time and knowledge to present a top-notch annual festival, taking place this year on October 16th.

Our Mission

A primary part of our mission has always been to support the music community. In the past few years, the Covid pandemic has decimated musicians' financial well-being at an unprecedented level. Because all involved with putting on this festival are volunteers, it allows us to concentrate our resources on compensating our performers in a way they need and deserve. Most people may not realize that the majority of funding for festivals does not come from ticket sales but from sponsors and generous people like you who appreciate the value that live music and the arts in general, bring to our society. That is why we are asking for your support.

The Hudson West Festival

The Hudson West Festival takes place in Jersey City, NJ, directly across the mighty Hudson River from NYC. We bring a full day of world-class musicians, yummy local food, local artists and FREE music workshops to schoolkids and the community at large. With the generosity of people like you, we are able to maintain our low ticket price, making the festival accessible to the community.
