We, CrossFit 852 is a CrossFit community based in Hong Kong. For the passed 2 years, we have trained hard and fought through to the annual CrossFit Games Regional, this year, yet again we have qualified to go to regionals and we are very excited to be bringing a team of 6 to Wollongong, Sydney this May!

1 hour Muscle Up workshop with Coach Edmund (8 pax per session). Coach Edmund will help athletes go through a series of muscle up progression to either achieve their very first muscle up or help improve your pre-existing muscle up technique! Note: Athlete who sign up for this class should be able to perform 8-10 chest to bar pull-ups with ease. *Time
Squat Clinic with Coach Hugo (5 pax per session) Struggling with your squat? Tight hips? Wobbly knees? Finding it hard to sit below parallel? Coach Hugo to the rescue!
Join Coach Teddy for an hour of Hand Balancing class. *Participant is require to be able to kick up to a handstand againts the wall. *Time
Double Trx-rouble. 90 minutes Bootcamp/TRX fusion with Audrey and Sophie (6 pax per session) *session will be arranged on a Saturday afternoon upon return from Regionals.
Create your own workout for Sophie to complete. No restrictions except a 60 minute time cap. You can join her or sit on the sidelines yelling

By funding this amount you are entitle to an OnRamp session with CrossFit 852. This course is available for transfer to your friends or family.
