Core and Community-based Developmental project: To raise £50K

We are asking for your generous donation to help us provide facilities and structured psychological support services for marginalised and disadvantaged communities and people in need. Community development is at the core of our services to foster a range of community development activities to meet identified community needs. Your financial commitment ensures our proactive work continuous to reach out to communities, supporting community groups – encouraging and facilitating effective and wide-reaching community activities. Furthermore, our community-based development allows local people to: – identify their own needs and aspirations – influence the decisions that affect their lives – improve the quality of their lives, communities and society in general. Our work additionally allows us to focus on building stronger communities by overcoming isolation and fragmentation and encouraging inclusion, connection and integration. The positive impact of our Community-based Development project work is direct, through the participation of individuals and community participation.
