Campaign Story
On the 5th of September we will be driving to the migrant camp in Calais to deliver vital supplies to the people there who are living in desperate conditions. We will spend the money on tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, hygiene and cleaning products, tinned foods, torches etc depending on what the organisations distributing aid at the camp decide is a priority in the days before we leave. Below is a link to a list of things that are needed, if you have any thing on the list that you can donate, or you have car and would like to join the delegation, please contact me at [email protected] or 07939829699.

We are travelling with a Stand Up to Racism solidarity delegation, to learn more see the SUtR website here: http://www.standuptoracism.org.uk/2015/08/solidari...
Stand Up to Racism says: "We stand in solidarity with the refugees and migrants who have gathered in Calais seeking to enter Britain. They should be treated as human beings, not demonised as a “swarm” (as David Cameron did) or as “marauding” threats (as Philip Hammond did). Stand Up to Racism is organising to send food, clothing and other materials to the Calais migrants and refugees on 5 September. Please give money or food, toiletries, clothes etc and come to Calais if you can."
Thanks so much, Ruby, Robin and Cara x
