Once again Tel and Ann are raising money for the HCC Concern Centre in Nepal by organising a night of food and music on 7th November 2015. The evening will feature music from the Doohickies, ma Mahoney's famous chilli, a quiz and quiz and raffle. However if you can't make it and could like to make a donation to help the orphans in Nepal you can make a donation here!

The centre is a home for 15 children, who are orphans or half-orphans, in the peaceful area of Budanilkantha (Kathmandu, Nepal) near the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. HCC is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious social welfare organization. It was founded by Buddhiman and his wife Indrakala Pariyar in 2002 and is run by them and their children. The main objective of the organisation is to provide home and education for orphan, half-orphans, disabled and helpless children. It provides a family environment, education and extra activities (e.g. dancing, singing, sports etc.).The development and the education of the children is key to the home, but possibilities are limited due to financial difficulties.

With the help of donations, especially long term support, HCC can offer more opportunities and a better living standard for all its children. You can find out more about HCC on it's websites and facebook page: http://www.nepal-orphans.org.uk/http://www.nepal-orphans.com/
