Tommy Tucker needs your help!

Tommy Tucker is a 2 year old, male long hair kitty. He was rescued as a stray almost a year ago, and has been doing great until recently. He is such an amazing and loving cat, and now he's in a lot of pain.  His condition is called Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), and is idiopathic (the doctors don't know exactly what causes it). The condition causes urine to back up, resulting in toxins accumulating, and becomes fatal without immediate attention. He has been in and out of the pet Emergency Room at Tuft's Animal Hospital in North Grafton, MA and is still there right now. Currently, the best option for his well-being is a surgery called perineal urethrostomy, which will guarantee that this problem will never happen again. The medical bills for him from being in and out of the hospital are astronomical, but the condition is treatable. We will do anything to make sure he gets home safely, and cannot let money be the deciding factor of his life.  Please, help us help Tommy - Any support is greatly appreciated!
