We are now entering the world of Crossfit. Bullpen fitness, Worcester has kindly agreed to host a Crossfit competition for mixed pairs, to help raise money for Coco's Autism Journey. There will be a raffle with lots of prizes and a bag of goodies for the podium places, with a little something extra for first place.
