Campaign Story
Benji Ashcroft is a 6 year old boy from Kinver who has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer; Rhabdomyosarcoma. He has to travel to the USA for proton radiotherapy for up to 3 months which will be funded by the NHS. We feel that it is important that his family stay together during this period. We are looking to raise money so that his little brother can travel with him and to help support the family while they are away and cover costs for them in the UK in their absence.
All money raised will be placed into a trustee account. Initially it will be used to ensure that the family can stay together during the treatment without worrying about finances. It will be used only for essentials as decided by the trustees of the account and only during the time Benji is receiving treatment in the USA. On their return all remaining money in the account will be donated to children's charities in Benjis name.
